ARRIVAL AT the VENUE
Please enter the Huntington grounds from the main entrance on Orlando Road. Follow signs to the main parking lot and head to the main building complex to get to Rothenberg Hall. Please arrive to the CHECK IN STATION wearing a face covering. Please remember to maintain at least 6′ of separation at all times and follow the directions for check in at location. All performers and crew will be invited to fill out their pre-work survey to via email. You’ll find the link in the email that directed you here. By filling out this survey ahead of time, the process of getting on stage will be made faster, and the team will be able to more easily distance from one another.
Everyone must provide this basic information as a prerequisite to reporting for work…either digitally or verbally on site. Once receipt of your pre-work survey is confirmed, temperatures will be taken, and the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment and badge will be provided. Your badge must be visible at all times, unless you are performing during dress or the concert. A mask should be worn at all times unless one’s job absolutely prohibits that. Any exception to this plan will be clearly defined in a separate email that will originate from the LACO team specifically.

ZONES
Upon check in, all team members will be separated into 2 zones. Everyone in the Orchestra will be placed in the Green Zone. Everyone else, whether staff or crew will be placed in the Yellow Zone. Only Green Zone performers will need to be working without a mask at any given time. All members of the Yellow Zone, vaccinated or not, should be working with a face covering at all times.
BE ADVISED – WHENEVER POSSIBLE…STAY 12′ AWAY FROM PERSONNEL NOT IN YOUR ZONE WHEN ANYONE IS WORKING UNMASKED.
MEALS
A meal will be provided for everyone. All Performers, Cast and Crew have a designated break areas. All food & drink is to be consumed in the designated break area(s) only. Social distancing is strongly encouraged during meal breaks.

PPE
We ask that every team member wear their mask at all times whenever possible.
Please refer to the LACO protocols for more on PPE.
BADGES
Upon assignment of your Zone Badge, it must be worn at all times, and be visible while on location. The only exception will be during performances. You will check-out at the end of the day with G8 Check Health & Safety. Your assigned end-of-day check-out station will be where you were assigned to check-in at the beginning of the day.
