All cast and crew will be invited to fill out their pre-work survey to via email. You’ll find the link in the email that directed you here. By filling out this survey ahead of time, the process of getting on set will be made faster, and the team will be able to more easily distance from one another.

Once receipt of your pre-work survey is confirmed, temperatures will be taken, and the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment and badge will be provided. Your badge must be visible at all times. ZONES
Upon check in, all team members will be separated into zones. Most everyone will be placed in the green zone. Only performers, sound and representatives from production/artistic that need to be 6 feet or less away from talent will be placed in the blue zone. Everyone else in the green zone will be asked to maintain at least 12 feet of distance from anyone in the blue zone. Blue zone members will be asked to wear both a mask and face shield when working with any talent who is unmasked.
When performers are singing or playing unmasked, everyone is to leave the room if possible regardless of zone. After unmasked singing or playing, anyone outside of the performers present will need to wait 60 minutes before entering any space that has potentially been contaminated. Your zone and potentially pod will be clearly communicated to you.
