All cast and crew will be invited to fill out their pre-work survey to via email. You’ll find the link in the email that directed you here. By filling out this survey ahead of time, the process of getting on set will be made faster, and the team will be able to more easily distance from one another.
Everyone must provide this basic information as a prerequisite to reporting for work…either digitally or verbally on site. Once receipt of your pre-work survey is confirmed, temperatures will be taken, and the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment and badge will be provided. Your badge must be visible at all times. A mask with a .95 rating that should be worn at all times unless one’s job absolutely prohibits that. Any exception to this plan will be clearly defined in a separate email that will originate from the LAO team specifically.

Upon check in, all team members will be separated into zones. Most everyone will be placed in the green zone. Only performers, sound and representatives from production/artistic that need to be 6 feet or less away from talent will be placed in the blue zone. Everyone else in the green zone will be asked to maintain at least 12 feet of distance from anyone in the blue zone. Blue zone members will be asked to wear both a mask and face shield when working with any talent who is unmasked.
When performers are singing or playing unmasked, everyone is to leave the room if possible regardless of zone. After unmasked singing or playing, anyone outside of the performers present will need to wait 60 minutes before entering any space that has potentially been contaminated. Your zone and potentially pod will be clearly communicated to you.
BE ADVISED – STAY 12′ AWAY FROM PERSONNEL NOT IN YOUR ZONE (ie: Blue or Green)
The Zone/Pod assignments are as follows:
THE BELOW ROLES WILL BE A PART OF THE ZONES LISTED
All PPE will be supplied to every team member by LAO / G8 Check Health & Safety. We ask that every team member wear the provided Air Queen mask at all times. Only singers should be working without. Each member will also be asked to properly wash their hands at arrival, and regularly throughout the day. Personal hand sanitizer of at least 60% alcohol will be made available for all. Face shields will also be distributed to all blue zone members. Anyone working in close proximity to anyone unmasked will be asked to wear both a face shield and a mask. Anyone forced to work without a mask will wear at least a shield whenever possible. Please refer to the LAO protocols and safety video for more on PPE.
Upon assignment of your Zone Badge, it must be worn at all times, and be visible while on location. Badges will be collected at the end of each day. Your badge represents your commitment to protocol compliance and allowed entry to set. Non-compliance with safety protocols will result in badge removal and prompt dismissal.
